The team behind the finish.

Founder & CEO

Bill Macomber founded Fancy Film in 2001 and leads the studio as CEO. He works with producers, directors, and post supervisors to scope a finish, connect picture and sound, and keep projects moving from turnover through delivery.

Julia Bartlett

Operations Manager

Julia Bartlett runs accounting and day-to-day operations at Fancy, keeping schedules, facilities, and internal coordination aligned so client work stays on track.

Michelle Rankin

Project Coordinator

Michelle Rankin is Fancy's project and finishing coordinator, the day-to-day point of contact for schedules, turnovers, and communication between clients and the picture and sound teams.

Paul Hollman

Head of Audio & Lead Mixer

Paul Hollman heads Fancy's audio department and mixes as a re-recording mixer. He leads the Atmos stage and sets the team's approach to dialogue, sound design, and final printmasters.

Michael Chenette

Head of Picture

Michael Chenette leads Fancy's picture department, overseeing conform, online, finishing handoffs, and technical QC so shows arrive at color, mix, and delivery ready to finish.

Theo Goodman

IT & Facility Manager

Theo Goodman manages Fancy's IT systems and facility infrastructure so bays, screening rooms, and shared spaces stay reliable for clients and staff.

Michael Hall

Event Producer

Michael Hall runs events and community programming at Fancy: screenings, workshops, and partner gatherings across the campus, including support for the Rough|Impact screening series.

Joel Ides

Colorist

Joel Ides is a colorist with more than two decades in post and a background in photography and fine art. He grades documentary, narrative, and branded work at Fancy from first look through final deliverables.

Mark Todd Osborne

Colorist

Mark Todd Osborne grades features, episodic, commercials, and music videos, with a deep bench of documentary and HDR work. His feature credits include It Follows and Need for Speed, alongside campaigns for Toyota, Target, and Coca-Cola.

Matthew Schwab

Colorist

Matthew Schwab is a senior colorist whose background in photography and painting informs his work in the color room. He has graded projects for clients including Disney+, Netflix, Showtime, and Amazon, working in-facility and in supervised remote sessions.

Rachel Angaran

Rachel Angaran grades at Fancy and supports online editing, conform, and QC, bridging locked picture, VFX pulls, and delivery prep as shows move toward the finish.
