Will you need tech support?

Our theater is flexible and we support playback in many different ways. Our recommended video formats are ProRes (standard quality or LT is good for screenings) or h264. We recommend embedded audio. Setup fees and tech time are waived for projects with single video files with embedded audio that play back from our system. In other cases, a minimum of one hour of tech setup is required. Other Formats supported (Min. 1 hour tech time for setup): DCP's Quicktime files with separate audio files ProTools sessions and Resolve projects. Remote playback via Louper, Evercast, Clearview Remote sessions via Protools and Davinci Resolve Other screenings that are available but only recommended in some cases: HDMI from your laptop Local streaming to AppleTV (h264 recommended - ProRes will stutter due to data rate) USB 3 to our Black Magic Ultrastudio 4k (requires drivers and tech knowledge for setup) Please note: We can play back closed captions, but this requires extra setup time. Please deliver the screening files a minimum 1 working day before the screening We can stream files via AppleTV, but we do not recommend this for critical quality screenings.
