A feature chronicling eight "Project Citizen" programs around
the world, and an international competition that brings the
programs together. "Project Citizen" is program that gets
middle school children involved in their governments by
addressing problems in their community.

Brazilian counterparts. Shot on multiple sources, the color
correction of the film was a difficult job, and we are very
